Fraser Surrey Docks, located in the greater Vancouver area in Surrey, British Columbia on the Fraser River, has been owned since 2007 by Macquarie Infrastructure Partners.
Scott has been at Fraser Surrey Docks in increasingly senior executive roles since 1993, most recently as director of operations.
Crisanti, who earlier this year announced his intention to step down from his post, will continue to serve on the Fraser Surrey Docks board of directors.
