In a deal worth $229 million, Pacific First has ordered three 54,000-deadweight-ton dry bulk carriers and nine anchor handling tug supply vessels for offshore oil field work. The ships will be delivered by December 2009. The company said it has begun accepting order for its Dahej Shipyard where it can make vessels up to 120,000 dwt.
