FMC INTRODUCES FAQ SECTION TO WEB SITE    The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has introduced on line a list of frequently asked questions and answers regarding its operations under the 1998 Ocean Shipping Reform Act.
   “Most of these questions have been posed to staff via telephone inquiries,” the agency said. “The answers are reproduced here not as official or formal commission interpretations, but rather as commonly issued informal staff advice regarding what is in the rules which have been promulgated.”
   The FAQ section covers marine terminal operator schedules, tariffs, ocean transportation intermediaries, service contracts, and cruise advisory — notice to cruise passengers.
