The change in the brand name of the service follows Safmarine Container Lines’ recent full takeover of SafBank. Safmarine said that the change of name is in line with its move to a single global brand.
Safmarine recently announced that it had acquired the shares in SafBank Line that it did not already own from minority shareholder Andrew Weir Shipping Ltd.
