Indirect Air Carrier rules training available in June The new training requirements for 'authorized representatives' of freight forwarders that act as Indirect Air Carriers take effect June 15, and the Florida Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association will have two more training sessions before that time.
   Registration for the June 6 Transportation Security Association Security Program Mandate must be in by May 28, the FCBF notes, and registration for the final July 11 session must be completed by June 2.
   The sessions will offer a detailed explanation of training requirements for anyone handling air freight, whether direct employees or third-party service companies.
   The training programs will be held at the Miami Free Zone, 2305 N.W. 107th Avenue in Doral, and will run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
