U.S. forwarder Expeditors International of Washington has promoted Tim
Barber to executive vice president of global sales and Robert Villanueva to
executive vice president of the Americas.
Barber joined Expeditors in 1986 and worked his way up the ranks from
district manager to senior vice president of sales and marketing in 1998.
Villanueva, a 26-year veteran of the logistics industry, began with
Expeditors in 1994 as a regional vice president in the U.S. In his new
position, he will oversee operations for all 56 Expeditors’ offices in the
Americas.
