DANZAS, ROYAL CARGO CORP. FORM PHILIPPINES JOINT VENTURE    Danzas, a global provider of logistics solutions, has signed a joint venture agreement with Royal Cargo Corp., a leading logistics provider in the Philippines.
   RCC will be integrated into the Danzas Intercontinental Business Unit in the Philippines to form a new entity called Danzas AEI Inc.
   RCC has served the Philippines market for the three decades, providing a wide range of logistics services including air freight, ocean freight, import/export clearance, movement of personal effects, trucking, warehousing and insurance.
   Michael Raeuber, former president of RCC, has been designated chief executive officer, and Claude Schaer is chief operating officer of the new entity. Both will be based in Manila and will oversee nine other representative offices throughout the Philippines with more than 320 staff.
