Eurinpro building warehouse in Belgium for DHL Exel Supply Chain    Eurinpro will build a warehouse for DHL Exel Supply Chain in the Tisselt neighborhood of Willebroek, Belgium, to consolidate its food logistics and distribution activities in the Benelux country.
   The 345,620-square-foot warehouse will be located about 18.5 miles from both the Port of Antwerp and Brussels International Airport.
   DHL Exel Supply Chain will rent the facility from Eurinpro, occupying the initial 172,000-square-foot warehouse unit by July and the second unit by October. The project’s second phase, which calls for a maximum expansion of 431,600 square feet, is planned by 2009.
   Eurinpro designs and builds to the specific needs of a client who commits to the project before construction. Following a commitment, Eurinpro selects and acquires the land, arranges financing, hires and supervises all subcontractors, and controls all related aspects of a project’s development with the client bearing no financial ownership risk.
