USCO NEW INTEGRATED SERVICES UNIT    USCO Logistics, a provider of supply chain services, announced on Monday that it has formed a new, integrated group called Customer Solutions to design and manage services for clients.
   USCO has appointed Manny Cueto, its vice president of customer solutions, to head the new group. Cueto said the unit’s three-stage process was akin to building construction.
   “Consider our solution designers as the “architects’ who analyze customer needs and design detailed solutions to meet them. Our solution developers, technical and operational, act as ‘plumbers’ and ‘carpenters’ to assemble and integrate resources. Finally, our program managers, acting as ‘general contractors,’ see that solutions are delivered on time and budget,” Cueto explained.
   USCO Logistics, based in Hamden, Conn., is part of Kuehne & Nagel International AG, a logistics provider and freight forwarder with headquarters in Schindellegi, Switzerland.
