' Kay is responsible for all marketing and sales activities and strategies for Zim's Seven Star Services in North America. He has been with the company since 1979, most recently as vice president import/export marketing and sales.
In taking Kay's place, Keen will be responsible for marketing and sales development in the United Sates and Canada. He joined the company in 1991, as vice president import sales and marketing.
Both Kay and Keen will be based in Zim's new Norfolk, Va. headquarters.
Zim operates an international network of shipping lines to six continents.
