DP World names Mason managing director for U.K. terminals

DP World names Mason managing director for U.K. terminals Dubai Ports World has appointed Campbell Mason to managing director of its two jointly owned container terminal operations in the United Kingdom: Southampton Container Terminals (SCT) and Tilbury Container Services (TCS).
   Mason is DP World’s executive director for South East Asia and Russia and will relocate to the U.K. to assume his new role in April. He joined the United Arab Emirates-owned company when it took over P&O Ports earlier this year, having been with the British port operator since 1995.
   DP World gained shared ownership of the two terminals with its P&O purchase and jointly owns SCT together with Associated British Ports, while the same two companies share TCS with Forth Ports.
