The certificate eliminates the need for Volga-Dnepr Airlines to use external cargo handling agents in Russian airports.
The all-cargo airline said the move will allow it to increase its aircraft operating efficiency by shortening ground time and reduce its transportation costs for domestic and international services. In addition, Volga-Dnepr will be able to provide handling services to third parties.
