Boxship damaged off Australia deemed unseaworthy    A containership damaged last month off Australia's Moreton Island in a storm, spilling 270 tons of bunker oil onto nearby beaches, was deemed unseaworthy by the Australian Maritime Safety Authority, according The Australian Wednesday.
   During the storm, the vessel also lost a load of 31 containers of ammonium nitrate over board.
   According to the safety agency, 90 percent of the hatch bolts on the vessel Pacific Adventurer were not secured, the newspaper reported. Swire Shipping is the owner of the Hong Kong-registered ship.
   The newspaper also said the Australian Transport Safety Bureau continues to investigate the incident, particularly focusing on the sufficiency of the container lashing equipment, loading conditions when the vessel left the Newcastle port, crew actions and vessel safety management systems, and 'risk-assessment procedures.'
