The vessel will be delivered to Evergreen’s London-based subsidiary Hatsu Marine Ltd. in November.
The “Hatsu Sigma” and its sisterships will all have an overall length of 300 meters (984 feet) and a beam of 42.8 meters (140 feet), and be able to carry containers 17 rows across on deck and 15 rows across below deck. Each vessel will have provision for 839 reefer plugs and a service speed of 25.3 knots.
