FMC reviews 11 OTI applications, revokes 9 licenses    The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 11 ocean transportation intermediary license applications for review.
   The agency received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from WTG Logistics, Exeter, N.H. (William M. Walsh, president); Form Logistics Corp., Merrick, N.Y. (Cary Weinberg, president); World Shipping, Cincinnati (Frederick M. Hunger, president); and AJ Cargo Express, Bronx, N.Y. (Alejandro A. Julian, president).
   The FMC also received NVO-ocean freight forwarder license applications from Ocean Freight Wholesalers, Miami (Nelson Cabrera, president); Sea and Sky Shipping, Pineview, N.C. (Leslie Wendt, president); Krystal Logistics USA, Miami (Carlos X. Valdano, president); Saia Motor Freight Line, Duluth, Ga. (Tony Albanese, vice president of operations); Intercontinental Cargo Enterprises, Miami (Gustavo Merck, president); Global Logistics, Elk Grove Village, Ill. (Kenneth J. Tednes, president); and Miami International Freight, Miami (Antonio R. Mosquiera, president).

   The FMC revoked nine OTI licenses for failure to maintain valid bonds. The companies are AMF Global Transportation, Elk Grove Village, Ill.; Allcargo Net, Miami; Commonwealth Custom Broker, Miami; Container Innovations, Kearny, N.J.; JCL Consolidators, Medley, Fla.; Jet-Mar Corp., Miami; Lee Ann Tyus, Cornelius, N.C.; Road Runner International, Union, N.J.; and Ultimate Media Express, Springfield Gardens, N.Y.
