CPG makes senior appointments

CPG makes senior appointments    ContainerPort Group, a Cleveland-based transportation services provider, has appointed David N. Messer to executive vice president of intermodal rail terminal operations and cargo distribution services.
   CPG's cargo distribution operation includes warehouses in Norfolk, Va., and container freight stations in Cleveland and Cincinnati.
   The company appointed Russel A. Graef to executive vice president for motor carrier, depot/container yard, and intermodal equipment repair and maintenance. CPG provides these services at terminals throughout the Midwest, Ohio Valley and Atlantic Coast.
   CPG also named Glenn A. Fehribach to senior vice president for the Midwest region, and Robert L. Leef to senior vice president for the eastern United States.
