UN approves inspections for all cargo shipped to North Korea    The United Nations Security Council voted Saturday to impose strict sanctions against North Korea in response to its defiant nuclear test on Oct. 9.
   Included in the sanctions is a request for countries to cooperate on inspecting all cargo bound for North Korea. The goal is to help keep certain components out of the hands of North Korea’s weapons development program.
   However, it’s uncertain whether some countries will go along with the cargo inspection request. Both China and South Korea have economic ties to North Korea.
   President Bush said the United States would be “willing to help the nation recover economically” if North Korea ended its weapons program.
