MIAMI EXPORTER ORDERED TO PAY $250,000 FOR ILLEGAL EXPORTERS    The U.S. District Court in Miami ordered International High Tech Marketing, a subsidiary of CHS Electronics, to pay a fine of $250,000 for illegally shipping computer equipment to Libya and Sudan.
   The U.S. government restricts trade with both countries because of their support of international terrorism.
   International High Tech Marketing is charged with violating the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, the Export Administration regulations of the Commerce Department’s Bureau of Export Administration, and Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control regulations.
   The company also under declared the value of the export shipments to evade reporting requirements to the U.S. government.
