Weber makes senior appointments

Weber makes senior appointments    Weber Distribution has appointed Dennis McDonough to vice president of client solutions, and Robert Cesario as director of operations.
   McDonough, a 26-year industry veteran, comes to Weber from Aspen Distribution where he was vice president of service solutions. At Los Angeles-based Weber, McDonough will develop new business and manage the needs of existing accounts in the area of import and retail.
   McDonough has also held senior management positions at Liberty Logistics Services, Burnham Service Corp., USCO Distribution Services, RPM Transportation/Royal Hawaiian Express, and Interamerican Public Distribution Corp.
   In addition, he is president of the Distribution Management Association, and belongs to several other industry groups in Southern California.
   Cesario will be responsible for Weber’s Inland Empire facilities, which consists of four distribution centers including two in Rancho Cucamonga and two in Fontana.
   He previously served as general manager at RPM Consolidated Services in Rancho Cucamonga. He also held management positions at NYK Logistics, Montgomery Ward, and Stop & Shop.
   Weber provides distribution and logistics services to clients primarily in import, retail, food and beverage, consumer packaged goods, chemical and specialty products and paper.
