Jose A. Vazquez has been appointed general manager of APL de Puerto Rico.
Although APL is not a Jones Act operator in the Puerto/U.S. mainland trade, APL links Puerto Rico on a weekly basis with key intra-regional markets, and with North America, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.
During the past 12 months, APL has changed its agency operations to wholly owned businesses in Costa Rica, Honduras, and Panama.
