   The 445-TEU “Captain P” will in early April join the 652-TEU “Seaboard Explorer II” improving the sailing frequency from every 15 days to every 10 days.
   The revised port rotation of the service will be Houston, Altamira, Cartagena, Veracruz, and back to Houston.
   “We started the Houston-Mexico-Colombia service less than a year ago and are extremely pleased with our liftings,” said David Labbe, Seaboard’s vice president, Gulf service. “Customers have been requesting a second vessel, and we are pleased to accommodate these growing volumes while also adding Veracruz.”
