S.C. ports names McClintock to new post    The South Carolina State Ports Authority said Monday it has selected Paul McClintock to serve in the newly created position of senior vice president and chief commercial officer, effective May 4.
   He will report to the president and chief executive officer of the port and will be in charge of all business development functions for the SCSPA. His areas of responsibility include all sales and marketing efforts for Charleston and Georgetown, as well as real estate and cruise development functions.
   'Paul brings to the ports of Charleston and Georgetown an increased focus on developing our existing customers' business, while also bringing new cargo opportunities to South Carolina's ports,' said John F. Hassell III, interim president and chief executive officer of the SCSPA.
   McClintock has more than 26 years of experience in maritime, logistics, sales and operations management experience. He served as vice president of North America sales for MOL (America) Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsui O.S.K. Lines Ltd.
