Aquarius Shipping founder Norbert Tiemann will become executive vice president of development and marketing for the new Albacor Shipping. Gerald Hess, a founder of Albacor Shipping, will be named executive vice president in charge of operations and administration.
Albacor Shipping is also a member of the World Wide Project Consortium.
