GreenRoad offers fleet safety app

   GreenRoad has launched a mobile app for fleet managers to help improve driver performance and provide safety information for fleet operations and safety managers.
   The app is a mobile companion to the company’s online GreenRoad Central dashboard and provides driver performance and safety management data and reports. It can work on Apple and Android devices.
   The app allows managers to determine real-time fleet location including current street addresses, gives a safety score for drivers based on real-time driving events, and provides managers with real-time access to each driver’s mobile dashboard.
   Alongside the launch of the app, GreenRoad also updated the platform to give more detailed information, produce reports around speeding, added in a navigation-based option, and allow for vehicle-based dashboard metrics.
