AmeriQuest names Guice executive VP

AmeriQuest names Guice executive VP    AmeriQuest Transportation Services, a Cherry Hill, N.J.-based provider of transportation management services, has promoted Jim Guice to executive vice president.
   In this new role, Guice is responsible for the company’s financial services, remarketing and procurement operations, which have experienced record growth during the past two years, the company said. He will report to Doug Clark, president and chief executive officer.
   Guice served as senior vice president at AmeriQuest since 2004. He has more than 35 years experience in the trucking industry, including the startup and growth of the nation's largest independent used truck, tractor, and trailer sales organization. He also spent 28 years in senior management with Ryder System.
