LIVINGSTON INTERNATIONAL LAUNCHES NAFTADVANTAGE    Livingston International Consulting Group, the Canadian trade services provider, has launched NAFTAdvantage, a solution designed to aid shippers in managing North American Free Trade Agreement-related activities.
   The solution ensures clients “have correct certificates from their suppliers, that they're not paying too much duty and that they have a complete paper trail that will prepare them for a government audit,” which is replacing time-consuming border inspections as the chief means of compliance enforcement, said Meni Mancini, marketing and business development director.
   “In addition, the solution outsources services for solicitation of certificates from suppliers, validation of a product's harmonized tariff classification and customized education programs to help companies understand NAFTA and how it affects their business, the company said.
   “NAFTA has introduced many complexities that companies aren't quipped to deal with and is creating demands that could result in substantial penalties or shipment delays if importers in both countries are not well prepared,” Mancini said
