FMC reviews 2 OTI applications, revokes 7 licenses    The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received two ocean transportation intermediary (OTI) license applications for review and approval.
   The agency received a non-vessel-operating common carrier license application from Breakbulk Transportation Incorporated, Houston (Magnolia L. Clay, president); and an ocean freight forwarder license application from Forex Illinois, Bensenville, Ill. (Arnold M. Carino, president).
   Persons who know of any reason why an applicant should not receive an OTI license are urged to contact the FMC’s Office of Transportation Intermediaries in Washington at (202) 523-5843.
   The FMC also revoked seven OTI licenses for failure to maintain valid bonds. The companies affected by the revocations are: Express Lanes International of New York; GPR International in Miami; Haras & Co. in Middlesex, N.J.; Impex of Doral Logistics of Miami; Marina International Forwarding in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; Prince International Trading in Miami; and Scott Container Service of Detroit.
