BAX Global wins contracts from two U.K. aerospace firms

BAX Global wins contracts from two U.K. aerospace firms    Irvine, Calif.-based BAX Global will provide freight forwarding services to two United Kingdom based aerospace companies, Marshall Aerospace and Satair OEM Division UK Ltd.
   No financial details for either contract were disclosed.
   For Marshall, BAX Global will offer freight forwarding services to support supply of spare parts from North American and European vendors and finished product movements in and out of Marshall’s operating center in Cambridge, England.
   Satair OEM is the largest aerospace hardware distributor in Europe with facilities in the U.K., Denmark, France, the United States and China. Under the terms of the contract, BAX Global will provide Satair OEM with freight transportation, customs brokerage, vendor management, tracking and tracing of purchase orders and dedicated aerospace customer support.
   BAX Global is part of DB Logistics, the transportation and logistics division of Germany’s Deutsche Bahn AG.
