   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 47 ocean transportation intermediary license applications and changes for review. 
   The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from 3PL Logistics, Wood Dale, Ill. (Hyung Tae Kim, president); Blue Ocean Logistics Corp., Torrance, Calif. Echanique, managing member); Grandgood International, City of Industry, Calif. (Biyu Gao, president); Intrasia, Boca Raton, Fla. (Nick Babus, member); Kin Services, Palatine, Ill.
