FedEx Custom Critical names Ayers manager, government sales    FedEx Custom Critical, the time-specific shipping service subsidiary of FedEx Corp., has appointed Darin Ayers manager of government sales.
   Ayers has more than a decade of experience in the transportation industry, having served in sales and management positions for carriers that serviced the U.S. government and military.
   As manager of government sales, Ayers is responsible for maintaining relationships with decision-makers, policymakers and other contacts at government accounts and related organizations.
   FedEx Custom Critical provides time-specific shipment services throughout the United States and Canada and within Europe.
