Forum to look at dangerous China trade goods The Council on Safe Transportation of Hazardous Articles (COSTHA) will conduct a training course, 'Importing/Exporting Dangerous Goods, China,' March 9 in St. Petersburg.
   The course will include information about the new regulations impacting hazardous shipments in China, and will also cover information on remaining in compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection and Department of Transportation regulations for the China trade.
   Terry Guo, managing director/Asia for the Bureau of Dangerous Goods will present the course at the annual COSTHA Forum set for St. Petersburg.
   The Sunday training session will be at 1-4 p.m. at the Hilton St. Petersburg Bayfront.
