PROLOGIS LEASES FACILITIES IN SPAIN    ProLogis, a provider of distribution facilities and services, said it has leased nearly half its space in its ProLogis Park Sant Boi facility in Barcelona to three companies.
   ChronoExpres, a logistics provider for the parcel and courier service industry subsidiary of Spanish Post, is leasing a 267,956-square-foot facility. Salvador Escoda, a distributor of heating, air-conditioning and cooling systems, is taking 159,413 square feet of distribution space in another building. Miguel Torres S.A., a distributor for the wine and spirits industry, is leasing 136,454 square feet in a third facility.
   ProLogis Park Sant Boi comprises five buildings totaling more than 1.2 million square feet. The company also leases space in the park to Schneider Electric, Ahold Supermarkets and Hamman International.
   ProLogis has more than 211.3 million square feet in 1,696 distribution facilities, owned and operated or under development in 81 markets throughout North America, Europe and Japan.
