KLM CARGO, TNT EXPRESS FIRM UP EUROPEAN PARTNERSHIP    KLM Cargo has named TNT Express as its sole supplier of European airborne feeder services, effective Oct. 29.
   The two companies will share TNT Express' freighter capacity on key routes to Helsinki (four times weekly), Dublin (seven times weekly), Oporto (twice weekly), and Madrid (once weekly). A high-frequency truck service will be provided between TNT's hub in Liege, Belgium, and KLM's hub at Schiphol.
   The cooperation will allow TNT Express to extend collection cut-off times and provide shorter door-to-door delivery times in many parts of Europe, while KLM Cargo will no longer operate its leased freighter on European routes. Both parties expect to expand cooperation by improving frequencies and adding destinations.
