The order brings to 10 the number of 8,063-TEU mega-containerships ordered by the Hong Kong-based carrier.
The latest two ships are scheduled to be delivered in 2006. To date, the first two of the series of new 8,063-TEU ships have been delivered: the “OOCL Shenzhen” and “OOCL Long Beach.”
