Koreas weigh logistics center near border    North Korea has revived a suggestion that South Korea build a logistics complex at a site just north of the border of the two countries.
   The South Korean newspaper Hankyoreh said South Korea is considering the suggestion that a logistics complex be located within a 231,000-square-meter triangle between Gaeseong Industrial Complex, Panmunjeom, and the office of Customs, Immigration and Quarantine.
   The paper said locating a complex at the site “may serve to ease military tensions between the two Koreas” because it is near the border, but noted it may be difficult to build a rail line there and that Seoul may balk because the area is governed by North Korea law.
