TTL to offer range of ocean containers

TTL to offer range of ocean containers    TTL Equipment Management, which in 2005 acquired the assets of Transamerica Trailer Leasing, said Thursday it has extended its global service to offer customers a complete range of new and resold containers worldwide.
   The new service will provide standard dry, refrigerated and ISO tank ocean containers for sale to meet international and regional needs.
   'When our ownership changed last year, our management team and our investors envisaged this type of expansion,' said Andrew Atkins, chief executive officer, in a statement. 'We have built a strong reputation for delivering a quality service and we are now looking to extend the services we provide to the market.'
   TTL has created three new divisions to cover Europe and Africa, Asia, and the Americas. For the U.S. market, TTL appointed F. Mitchell White as vice president, container trading U.S., to oversee operations. White will be based in Houston.
