Under the agreement, Bolero will provide Emetra users access to its system for executing contracts online. Bolero offers a secure means of trade documents, including letters of credit, bills of lading and other forms of transfer of title.
Bolero.net was launched in September last year by logistics and banking interests. It has signed several users in recent months.
