Lufthansa Cargo increasing summer destinations    Lufthansa Cargo is increasing its freighter services to destinations in the United States, Brazil and China, as well as adding Lahore in Pakistan to the network.
   The changes are made as part of its summer timetable, which runs from March 25 to Oct. 27.
   Dallas will now be served three times weekly instead of twice weekly with an additional service on Wednesdays. Changes are also forthcoming in traffic days to Los Angeles, which will be served twice weekly on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Sao Paulo will be served by six flights weekly from Frankfurt with the extra service on Mondays. Frequencies to Shanghai will be increased from eight to nine weekly, with the addition to the timetable of services on Fridays.
   The new service to Lahore will connect with Frankfurt and Bangkok while another new service will link Cologne through East Midlands in the United Kingdom to Wilmington in the United States.
   The German carrier said that it would also gain additional belly capacities on new passenger flights to Busan and extra frequencies to Caracas, Denver and Shanghai.
