TNT Post Group, the parent company of the Dutch post office and express carrier
TNT, expects to win a contract to provide logistics services for the spare parts
subsidiary of Compaq Computer in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, the company said.
TNT will manage Compaq Spare Parts’ warehousing and transportation
operations. TPG expects to close the deal early next year.
The contract will add some $230 million in annual revenue to TPG’s
logistics sales.
