U.S., China sign supply chain security MOU

U.S., China sign supply chain security MOU    U.S. and Chinese customs administrations on Wednesday signed a memorandum of understanding on supply chain security and facilitation.
   The MOU will serve as a major component for a cooperative security and trade relationship between the two country's customs authorities.
   The MOU was signed by David Aguilar, deputy commissioner of U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and Sheng Guangzu, head China's General Administration of Customs, on behalf of their respective agencies.
   The signing took place during the Strategic and Economic Dialogue in Beijing this week. The dialogue is an ongoing mechanism for addressing challenges and opportunities that the United States and China share on a range of bilateral, regional and global areas.
