FMC reviews 11 OTI applications, revokes 17 licenses    The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission will review 11 ocean transportation intermediary license applications.
   The agency received non-vessel-operating common carriers license applications from Glotrans International, Inglewood, Calif. (Kyung Taek Park, president); Innerpoint Corp., Carson, Calif. (Jesse Noh, president); ATEC Systems Ltd., Altamante Springs, Fla. (S. Thomas Clements, president); Polamer, Chicago (Walter K. Kotaba, president); Island Shipping & Delivery, Brooklyn, N.Y. (Bryan Skelly, sole proprietor); and The Ultimate Freight Management New York, Inwood, N.Y. (Mandy Lee, managing director).
   The FMC also received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Avion Co., Gardena, Calif. (Massimo Giordano, president); CTC Distributing Ltd., Edinburg, Texas (Bruce Goldman, president); Star Airfreight Ltd., Jamaica, N.Y., and Inglewood, Calif. (Anthony Chan, president); and Vivek Shipping Co., Stockbridge, Ga. (Rakesh R. Patel, president).

   The FMC revoked 17 OTI licenses for failure to maintain valid bonds with the agency. The companies are Aim Caribbean Express, Jacksonville, Fla.; Alisped U.S.A., Jamaica, N.Y.; Bennett International Transport, McDonough, Ga.; CTSI Logistics, Englewood Cliffs, N.J.; Express International Forwarders, Miami; F.C. Forwarding, Miami; GSG Investment, Redondo Beach, Calif.; Marino Transportation Services, Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; Mark M. Marcus, Lincolnwood, Ill.; Pagoda Container Line Corp., Inglewood, Calif.; Rialto International, Seattle; 7 Sea Shipping, El Monte, Calif.; Sunship International, Oak Lawn, Ill.; TKM Overseas Transport, Kearny, N.J.; Westfeldt Brothers Forwarders, Kenner, La.; World Project Services International, Houston; and Yun Hong Enterprises (USA).
