HANS SCHRIWER NAMED DIRECTOR OF COLUMBUS LINE FOR MIAMI/CARIBBEAN

HANS SCHRIWER NAMED DIRECTOR OF COLUMBUS LINE FOR MIAMI/CARIBBEAN    Columbus Line has appointed Hans Schriwer as director, Miami/Caribbean.
   In his new post, Schriwer will be responsible for sales and commercial operations of both Columbus Line in South Florida and Hamburg Sud in the Caribbean Basin. Hamburg Sud is the parent company of Columbus.
   Based at the company’s offices in Miami, Schriwer will succeed Tim Stout, who was recently appointed general manager for Hamburg Sud/Columbus Line’s South America West Coast region in Santiago, Chile.
   Schriwer first joined Columbus Line in 1997 and has held positions of increasing responsibility with the company, including postings in South America, North America and the Far East.    He most recently served in Columbus Line’s Inter-American services department.
