SBS presses forward with development    U.K. freight forwarder SBS Worldwide has started a supply chain consultancy and strengthened its management team in the past year as it 'redefines its business focus.'
   SBS noted it has moved on despite the company's former financial director, Michael Clark, being investigated and then prosecuted for fraud. Clark was sentenced to three years in prison last week after admitting fraud charges totaling over '1 million ($1.65 million).
   'The handling of this matter has been led by our non-executive director, Geoff Gillo,' said Steve Walker, SBS's chairman, in a statement.
   This has ensured that the board has been free to concentrate on the ongoing development of our diverse business, the company said. It further emphasized that the fraud had no impact on its financial reserves.
