   ' Andrew Hadland to senior vice president and general manager of Exel Transportation Services Managed Transportation.
   ' Todd Thompson to senior vice president and general manager of Exel Transportation Services TS Agency Network.
   ' Cindy Riley, vice president of commercial contract management.
   ' Dennis Lutwen, vice president of commercial finance.
   ' Doris Leach, vice president of project management
   ' Nancy Rapelje, senior director of labor management system/re-engineering.
   ' Jeff Abeson, vice president of customer development, home and business delivery and retail replenishment for Exel Direct.
   ' Joe Rampi, senior director of central network operations for Exel Direct.
   Also, Rob Rosenberg has been named executive vice president of human resources, at Deutsche Post World Net’s supply chain, corporate information solutions division.
