FMC REISSUES OTI LICENSES, RECEIVES APPLICATIONS

FMC REISSUES OTI LICENSES, RECEIVES APPLICATIONS    The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has reissued ocean transportation intermediary licenses to Aimar USA of Hialeah, Fla. and Amtonco Inc. of New York.
   The agency received applications to become non-vessel-operating common carriers from JTK International Trading of Los Angeles, Transamerica Leasing of Purchase, N.Y., Xing Guo International (USA) Inc. of Los Angeles, and Bulk Solutions of Plant City, Fla.
   The FMC also received applications to become NVO/ocean freight forwarders from Extra Logistics of Lakewood, Calif. and Kay O’Neill (USA) of Des Plaines, Ill.
   In addition, the agency received an application to become an ocean freight forwarder from AM Express Inc. of Houston.
