The line said Friday it will seek a $225 per TEU peak season surcharge on shipments from Asia to all parts of Europe as of Jan. 1.
Maersk Line, COSCO Container Lines, and Hanjin Shipping have all said they plan to raise revenue on the trade either through a rate increase or peak season surcharge at the end of December.
