OnRamp appoints new president

   OnRamp Transportation Services, a nationwide equipment leasing, sales, and contractor services company based in Salt Lake City, Utah, has promoted Spencer Angerbauer to president.
   Angerbauer is a 14-year industry veteran. He previously served as president of EQUINOX Owner-Operator Solutions, a subsidiary of OnRamp that markets technology-driven business services to independent contractors and owner-operators in the truckload, less-than-truckload, and courier transportation industries.
   Angerbauer said his goal at OnTramp is lowering the cost of equipment acquisitions and developing an independent transportation business. The company will also focus on sub-leased tractors, trailer leasing, parts and services locations throughout the West and Midwest, and technology-driven business services.
