Fook Sing, a 20-year maritime industry veteran, will be responsible for technical support to members, both regionally and globally, as well as developing the IBIA training courses and the Asia membership.
Before joining IBIA, he was marine engineering manager at Wavelink Maritime Institute Pte Ltd., where he developed, implemented and managed the IBIA Bunker Surveyor Course as well as other courses for Singapore's Maritime Port Authority.
