Maersk Line Ltd. restructures management team    Norfolk, Va.-based-Maersk Line Ltd., the U.S.-flag vessel-operating arm of Denmark’s A.P. Moller-Maersk Group that provides logistics, maritime and transportation services to United States government agencies and their prime contractors, said it will make several changes to its senior management structure, effective Friday.
   William J. Kenwell will assume the title of senior vice president and chief commercial officer with responsibility for leading commercial activities and relationships with key U. S government agencies. Kenwell will report to MLL’s President and Chief Executive Officer, John Reinhart.
   All of MLL’s maritime-related business units will transfer reporting to Steve Carmel, senior vice president, maritime services. In addition to7 assuming management oversight for programs within business units including contract vessel management, vessel life cycle management, and specialized vessel management, Carmel will continue to lead MLL’s technical organization and quality environment safety and security department.
   Ken Gaulden will continue to serve as senior vice president and director until his retirement in January, before which he will transfer his daily responsibilities to Kenwell, Carmel and Greg Moore, vice president of business development.
   All of the above will serve on MLL’s senior management team, along with Reinhart, Paul Cozza, senior vice president, chief financial officer; and Mike Hopkins, vice president, general counsel.
