GTS NAMES BUTLER VP SALES AND MARKETING

GTS NAMES BUTLER VP SALES AND MARKETING    Global Transportation Solutions, a reseller of logistics software, has named Thomas Butler vice president, sales and marketing, and Meghan Butler as product manager.
   Butler has more than 30 years of sales and operations experience in the liner shipping and maritime agency industry, most recently serving as executive vice president at Inchcape Shipping Services. Previously, he was president of sales and customer service for the startup of Australia New Zealand Direct Line, and held sales and management positions during his 17-year tenure at Sea-Land Service Inc.
   Butler joins GTS after three years of managing quality assurance testing and product support for terminal management systems at Americas Systems LLC.
